Brandon walked into his room, his bare muscular shoulders and back flexing as he placed the large cardboard box onto the floor. The box wasn't really necessary, especially since all the contents was going to be emptied into three duffel bags and suitcases. But Brandon had just needed a way to carry all the random assortments of things while he walked around his house. Some of the items like an old chewed up tennis ball, and a butterfly costume that he had worn when he was eleven for Halloween. Standing up he took his ipod out of his pocket and changed the song. Taking one ear phone out and ducking his head back through the door he saw his mom.
"Mom have you seen my boat?" Brandon asked, "I've been looking all day, i looked everywhere. i can't find it."
"Have you looked in the shed out back?" His mother said sitting in the livingroom reading a magazine.
"Not yet!" Brandon called, "But good idea!"
Unlocking the door with the key hidden under the mat, Brandon entered the shed. Immediately seeing the orange inflatable life raft he had found at an auction, he lifted it down from it's resting place. In this act he also brought down the Christmas decorations breaking several hand painted glass spheres. Brushing the glass under the work bench with his foot, Brandon threw the raft over his shoulder and walked out of the shed. Carrying the three man raft to his little 1993 Honda Civic, Brandon half placed half threw the raft on top. Taking some rope and his little sisters skipping rope he attached the raft to the top; a tying job that the boy scouts would have either given him a badge for making up a new technique or just kicked him out for good.
